Abbexa’s Smart Microplate Reader, abx700009, is designed specifically for detecting and processing data from Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and chemiluminescence immunoassays (CLIA). It offers versatility, simplicity, safety and ease of use in a single package. 

The micro-plate reader is a high-tech piece of equipment with a chic, clean design that will fit in perfectly in any laboratory. The reader has a 10-inch touch display and is provided with 5 wavelength filters as standard (405nm, 450nm, 492nm, 562nm, 630nm) and offers excellent accuracy.

How to operate

  1. Power on. Plate reader door opens.
  2. Insert 96 well plate.
  3. Select the wavelength(s) required.
  4. Measure absorbance (O.D.) at the set wavelength(s).
  5. The reader will load the data presentation and analysis page.
  6. Select the locations/wells for any ELISA standards run.
  7. Enter the relevant parameters, calculations and curve fit.
  8. Start calculations and standard curve fitting.
  9. Generate images.
