High Fidelity (HiFi) PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of High Fidelity (HiFi) DNA polymerase, with a proofreading 3’-5’ exonuclease, dNTPs and optimized buffer. SuperMix is optimized for the amplification of λDNA, cDNA or plasmid DNA. The supermix is provided at 2x concentration and can be used at 1x concentration by adding template, primers and H2O. HiFi PCR SuperMix II is suitable for amplification of λDNA, cDNA and plasmid DNA.
