Flow cytometry analysis using PerCP-conjugated T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80 / B7-1 (CD80) Antibody (3 μg/ml, red) showing specific binding to CD80 expressed on surface of CD80 transfected P815 cells (upper), but not on surface of non-transfected P815 cells (lower). Non-specific binding was determined using a PerCP-conjugated Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control antibody (3 μg/ml, black).
