Group 3 Secretory Phospholipase A2 (PLA2G3) antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal against Group 3 Secretory Phospholipase A2 (PLA2G3).

PLA2G3 is a secretory calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 that primarily targets extracellular phospholipids by hydrolyzing the ester bond of the fatty acyl group attached at the sn-2 position. It promotes phospholipid remodeling of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) particles and hydrolyzes LDL phospholipids to release unsaturated fatty acids that regulate macrophage differentiation toward foam cells.
