Datasheet SDS
Trimethylguanosine Synthase (TGS1) Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody against Trimethylguanosine Synthase (TGS1). TGS1 functions as an RNA trimethylguanosine synthase by methylating the 5' cap of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) and small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) to form a specific TMG cap. It is localised in the cytosol and nucleus and plays a role in transcription, ribosome production and chilling tolerance. It's regulation is linked to diabetes and spinal muscular atrophy.
