Agarose Tablets are pre-weighed, DNase-free, RNase-free, and are suitable for separating nucleic acids of a wide range of sizes in electrophoresis. This product is provided as 5 boxes of 110 tablets, where each tablet contains 0.5 g Agarose.

| Directions for use | Add the desired number of tablets to the chosen buffer and allow to stand at room temperature for 3-5 minutes, to allow the tablets to soften and dissolve. This time is for reference only and should be determined by the end user. Do not heat immediately as this causes formation of insoluble pellets. After the agarose tablets have dissolved, heat the solution and then prepare the gel as normal. |
