Diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) Agarose Resin is a highly crosslinked matrix with a bead size of 50-150 µm activated with diethylaminoethyl. It is developed to perform Ion Exchange Chromatography and separate biomolocules on the basis on their net surface charge.
