Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is a widely used basal medium for supporting mammalian cell growth. Advanced DMEM reduces serum supplementation by 50-90%.

Purification 0.1 µm Sterile Filtered.
Storage Store at 2-8 °C for up to 24 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.4-7.8, containing 4500 mg/L D-Glucose, 1168 mg/L L-Glutamine, 110 mg/L Sodium Pyruvate, 15 mg/L Phenol red, Non-Essential Amino Acids. Does not contain HEPES.
