Hydrogen Peroxide Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of H2O2 concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and urine using a microplate reader. Hydrogen peroxide can react with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow complex which has a maximum absorption peak at 405 nm. H2O2 content can be calculated by measuring the absorbance value at 405 nm.
