DNA-Binding Protein Inhibitor ID-4 (ID4) Antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody against DNA-Binding Protein Inhibitor ID-4 (ID4). ID4 is a transcriptional regulator that lacks a basic DNA binding domain. It negatively regulates the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors by forming heterodimers and inhibiting their DNA binding and transcriptional activity. It is implicated in regulating a variety of cellular processes, including cellular growth, senescence, differentiation, apoptosis, angiogenesis, and neoplastic transformation.
