Magrolimab

Magrolimab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting CD47, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Magrolimab is an anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody designed to promote the phagocytosis of cancer cells by macrophages. Magrolimab is an anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody. Its purpose is to interfere with the recognition of CD47 by SIRPα receptors on macrophages, thereby blocking the self-protection signal used by cancer cells to avoid phagocytosis by macrophages.
