Marstacimab

Marstacimab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting TFPI, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Marstacimab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to and neutralizes TPFI activity and is under development for treatment of hemophilia. Marstacimab is a laboratory-engineered monoclonal antibody designed to treat hemophilia A and B patients, with or without inhibitors. It works by blocking and effectively preventing TFPI from performing the anticoagulant function that it naturally carries out in the human body.
