Coomassie Blue Protein Staining Solution is a ready-to-use colloidal coomassie blue G-250 protein staining solution for SDS-PAGE, designed for fast and sensitive protein detection.

Directions for use	Mix the dye reagent before use. If the solution contains blue precipitates, distilled water can be added to dissolve them. After SDS-PAGE is finished, remove the gel from cassette and submerge it in Coomassie Blue Protein Staining Solution. Mildly agitate the staining box for 10-30 minutes at room temperature. For gels thicker than 1 mm, increase the incubation time. There is no risk of excessive staining; the gel can be left overnight for better results. Remove the dye solution carefully. Rinse the excess dye off with distilled water. Image the gel.
