Clonality | Polyclonal |
Reactivity | Sheep |
Tested Applications | ELISA, WB, IHC |
Host | Rabbit |
Recommended dilutions | ELISA and WB (Chromogenic): 1/5000 - 1/100000, ELISA and WB (ECL): 1/10000 - 1/200000, IHC: 1/500 - 1/5000. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
Conjugation | HRP |
Form | Lyophilized |
Purification | Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. |
Reconstitution | Reconstitute in 1.5 ml of distilled water. Centrifuge product if the solution is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room temperature. To judge clarity, draw product into a Pasteur pipette. |
Storage | Store lyophilized at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, the product is stable for several weeks when stored undiluted at 2-8 °C. For long-term storage after reconstitution, it is recommended to add an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50%, then aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. |
Buffer | Prior to lyophilization: 0.01 M Sodium phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium chloride, pH 7.6, containing 15 mg/ml BSA. Does not contain preservatives. |
Specificity | Based on immunoelectrophoresis, this product reacts with the heavy chains on sheep IgG and with light chains common to most sheep immunoglobulins. Non-reactive against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. May cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. |
Concentration | Prior to lyophilization: 0.8 mg/ml |
Availability | Shipped within 10-20 working days. |
Note | THIS PRODUCT IS FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR USE IN DIAGNOSTIC, THERAPEUTIC OR COSMETIC PROCEDURES. NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION. |
Directions for use | Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents. Note: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase. |
