Datasheet SDS
Human Thyrotropin Receptor (TSHR) Protein is a recombinant fragment of Human TSHR protein (22-260 AA), containing a His tag.

Thyrotropin Receptor (TSHR), also known as Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, is a member of the leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptors. G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the largest family of plasma membrane receptors. They mediate the effects of several endogenous cues and are important pharmacological targets. TSHR is primarily found on the surface of the thyroid epithelial cells. Both TSHR and its ligand TSH have evolved to acquire specificity, minimize cross-reaction to other glycoprotein hormone receptors, and modulate cognate interaction (and thereby thyrotropic activity).
