PCR analysis of 100 mM dNTP set. Briefly, A 35 cycle PCR reaction is set up to test the amplification efficiency of 10mM dNTPs Mix. Bacteriophage Lambda DNA (1 ng/reaction) was used as PCR template. Primer sets of amplicons with 0.5, 1, 2, 3 kb were used in the reaction. After the PCR, 5 µl was analyzed with 1.5% agarose gel (TAE buffer). 0.1-3 kbp DNA marker (<a href="https://www.abbexa.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=abx299702" target="_blank">abx299702</a>) was run as molecular weight standard. All samples were stained with 1 µl DNA Staining Reagent (<a href="https://www.abbexa.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=abx299713" target="_blank">abx299713</a>).

100 mM dNTP Set consists of all four deoxynucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), two vials each at a concentration of 100 mM. Each vial is a ready-to-use solution and contains 250 µl of 25 µmol dNTP in purified water (pH 7.5). The deoxynucleotides are suitable for use in polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, fill-in, nick translation, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tailing reactions.
