14-100 kDa Protein Marker (Stained)

14-100 kDa Protein Marker, composed of seven pre-stained proteins ranging from 14 kDa to 100 kDa. The protein corresponding to the 50 kDa band is covalently coupled to an orange dye. The protein corresponding to the 14 kDa band is covalently coupled to a yellow dye. The other five proteins are covalently coupled to a blue dye. After SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF or NC membrane, clear colored protein bands are visible: five blue bands, one orange band and one yellow band.

This product is in a ready-to-use format and can be added directly onto gels with no heating required.

Directions for use	Ready to use. Mix well before use. Use 5 µl/well for small gels or 10 µl/well for larger gels. Suggested Electrophoresis Conditions: Carry out electrophoresis at 200 V for 50 minutes, then transfer to membrane at 200 mA for 3 hours.
