0.5-15 kbp DNA Marker

0.5-15 kbp DNA Marker is composed of eight linear double-stranded DNA bands (0.5, 1, 1.5, 3, 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 kbp). The 5 kbp band (100 ng/5 µl) serves as the reference band as it is double the concentration of the other bands (50 ng/5 µl) and therefore appears with double the intensity of the other bands on the gel. This product is ready-to-use and is premixed with 1X DNA loading buffer.

Directions for use	Use 1 µl/mm gel lane, or 5 µl/gel lane. Recommended agarose concentration: 0.8%. Not suitable for use with polyacrylamide gels.
