1 Kb Plus DNA Marker is composed of twelve linear double-stranded DNA bands. This ready-to-use product is premixed with 1xDNA loading buffer. Based on experiment requirement, 5 µl marker can be directly loaded for gel electrophoresis. It provides simple operation and produces clear image.

Target 1-10 kbp DNA Marker
Storage Store at -20°C. Stable for 12 months from date of receipt.
Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 10 mM EDTA, 0.02% bromophenol blue, 5% glycerol.
