ELISA analysis of biotin using Biotin antibody and Streptavidin. The plate was coated with a biotin-conjugated monoclonal antibody, blocked with BSA and incubated with a HRP-conjugated antibody (Biotin) and a HRP-conjugated Streptavidin antibody as a control. TMB substrate was used for colorimetric detection and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.
