Caspase 1 Assay Kit is an assay kit for measuring Caspase 1 activity using FAM (Green Fluorescence). This kit allows analysis of active caspases in apoptotic cells.

Recommended dilutions Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Storage Store at 4°C. Avoid exposure to light. After reconstitution with DMSO, use the Caspase Inhibitor Reagent immediately, or store in the dark at -20°C for up to 6 months, with no more than 2 freeze/thaw cycles.
