Cell Culture Media Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. "Promotion" – Buy 3, Get 1 Free offer on eligible cell culture media products.

1.2. "Products" – Eligible products include Abbexa’s cell culture media range, including but not limited to:

  • abx295075: DMEM (Low Glucose)

Products may be added at Abbexa’s discretion.

2. Scope

2.1. Standard Sales Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Orders must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible:

3.1.1. Orders must be placed between the 31st of March 2025 and the 31st of July 2025.

3.1.2. Customers must purchase four (4) eligible products. Only three (3) products will be charged at the checkout and one (1) of the units will be free.

3.1.3. The free product must be of equal or lesser value to the lowest-priced item in the order.

3.1.4. The Promotion applies to orders placed directly through Abbexa (through this website or via purchase order).

4. Restrictions

4.1. The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.

4.2. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or contract pricing.

4.3. The free product cannot be exchanged for a discount or monetary refund.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Abbexa reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time.

5.2. The Promotion does not affect the estimated order lead time.

5.3. This Promotion can be used multiple times by the same customer, as long as each order meets the eligibility criteria.
