| Biological Activity | A binding ELISA assay was conducted to detect the interaction of recombinant Human CYP1B1 and HSPb2. Briefly, CYP1B1 was diluted serially in PBS with 0.01% BSA (pH 7.4). Duplicate samples of 100 μl were then transferred to HSPb2-coated microplate wells and incubated for 2 h at 37°C. Wells were washed with PBST and incubated for 1 h with anti-CYP1B1 polyclonal antibody, then aspirated and washed 3 times. After incubation with HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, wells were aspirated and washed 3 times. TMB substrate solution was added and wells were incubated for 15-25 minutes at 37 °C. Finally, 50 μl stop solution was added to the wells and the absorbance was read at 450 nm immediately. The binding activity of CYP1B1 and HSPb2 is shown in the figures. |
