Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium/Nutrient Mixture F-12 (DMEM/F-12) is a combination of the DMEM and F-12 media. It is widely used for mammalian cell culture and for cell culture with low serum content.
The formulation of this product does not contain phenol red, lipids or any growth factors. Osmolality: 270-330 mOsm/kg Cell Growth experiment (using VERO cells)
