| Directions for use | Recommended Cell Culture Conditions: Neurobasal-A Medium + B-27 Supplement (50X) + 1% Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution @ 37 °C, 95% air, 5% CO2. Recommended Coating Conditions:Poly-D-Lysine (0.1 mg/ml, 2 ml per T25 Flask).Cell Recovery: Thaw cells in a 37 °C water bath with shaking until the mixture has dissolved. Transfer to a centrifuge tube and add culture medium (see Recommended Cell Culture Conditions above) at a volume 3-5 times the volume of the cells. Centrifuge at 1000 RPM for 5 minutes and discard the supernatant. Transfer to a precoated T25 flask for culture (see Recommended Coating Conditions above). It is recommended to change the medium every 2-3 days. Cell Passage: CCNC cells do not proliferate in culture, therefore it is not recommended to use CCNC cells for expansion or long-term cultures. |
