Ensituximab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting MUC5AC, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Ensituximab has been used in trials studying the treatment of Pancreatic Cancer, Adult, Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, and Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.
