Exosome Isolation Kit

Exosome Isolation Kit is used for the selective capture of exosomes in urine, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids. This kit uses size exclusion chromatography to separate exosomes based on molecular weight. Exosomes are used for a wide range of applications, including western blot, nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), nanoparticle flow cytometry for particle size characterization, electron microscopy, omics profiling, and functional studies in cellular and animal models.
