Fast Coomassie Blue Protein Staining Solution is a concentrated Coomasssie Brilliant Blue stain for polyacrylamide gels. Staining is achieved within 15 minutes of application.

Directions for use
  1. Mix the reagent before use.
  2. Dilute 10 fold with DI water.
  3. After SDS-PAGE is finished, remove the gel from cassette and submerge it in Fast Coomassie Blue Staining Solution.
  4. Incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Remove the dye solution carefully.
  6. Optionally, for lower background, the gel can be destained in 50-100 ml microwaved or boiled DI water for 5 minutes.
  7. Image the gel.
