1. Definitions
1.1. “Promotion” - Free shipping on eligible orders made through Abbexa.com or via Purchase Orders (POs) submitted to [email protected].

2. Scope
2.1. Sales Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Orders must meet all the following criteria to be eligible:
3.1.1. Orders must be placed between 31st January 2025 and 31st March 2025.
3.1.2. There is no minimum order value.
3.1.3. The delivery address must be within the UK (including Scotland and Northern Ireland) or within Houston, Texas USA.
3.1.4. For orders placed through the website, the discount code “FREESHIP25” must be added at the checkout to claim the Promotion.
3.1.5. For orders placed via Purchase Orders (POs), the discount code “FREESHIP25” must be clearly stated on the PO to claim the Promotion.

4. Restrictions
4.1. Orders outside of the UK or Texas, USA are not eligible for this Promotion
4.2. Ineligible orders will be charged normal delivery costs.
4.3. This Promotion cannot be retrospectively applied.
4.4. This Promotion and the discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4.5. Orders made through @ are not eligible for this promotion.
4.6. Dry Ice orders are excluded from this promotion.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any point during the campaign period.
5.2. This Promotion does not affect the estimated order lead time.
5.3. This Promotion can be used more than once by the same buyer.
