Ham's F-10 Complete Medium

Ham's F-10 Medium is used for the growth of CHO cells. It can also be used for a range of mammalian cells, including HeLa cells, mouse L-cells, and human diploid cells. It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors. This product also contains 10% serum, 1% Pen-Strep and 2 mM L-alanyl-L-glutamine.

This product is provided as 4 × 125 ml bottles.
