Ham's F-10 Medium is used for the growth of CHO cells. It can also be used for a range of mammalian cells, including HeLa cells, mouse L-cells, and human diploid cells. It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors. The formulation of this product does not contain L-glutamine.
