High Fidelity (HiFi) PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of High Fidelity (HiFi) DNA polymerase, with a proofreading 3’-5’ exonuclease, dNTPs and optimized buffer. High Fidelity (HiFi) PCR SuperMix is optimized for the amplification of genomic DNA and PCR. The supermix is provided at 2x concentration and can be used at 1x concentration by adding template, primers and H2O. GC/AT rich templates, complex templates, long fragment amplification. HiFi PCR SuperMix I is suitable for amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 15 kb.
