Human Leptospira IgM ELISA Kit is an ELISA kit against Human Leptospira IgM.

Introduction Leptospira is a genus of spirochaete bacteria, including a small number of pathogenic and saprophytic species. Leptospira are typically spread by rodents and cause leptospirosis, which can result in symptoms in humans such as headaches, muscle pains, fevers, bleeding from the lungs (severe pulmonary hemorrhage syndrome) or meningitis.

Stability The stability of the kit is determined by the rate of activity loss. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
