Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) contains selenium, HEPES, sodium pyruvate and additional amino acids and vitamins, and potassium nitrate instead of iron nitrate in comparison to DMEM. IMDM is suitable for cell cultures that are high-density and rapidly proliferating.The formulation of this product does not contain NaHCO3, L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine or Pen/Strep.
