Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) contains selenium, HEPES and additional amino acids and vitamins, and potassium nitrate instead of iron nitrate in comparison to DMEM. IMDM is suitable for cell cultures that are high-density and rapidly proliferating.
This product does not contain D-Glucose or Sodium Pyruvate.
