Leibovitz's L-15 Medium is a cell culture medium designed to support cell growth in environments without equilibration, such as sealed flasks or during transport. It uses a unique buffering system with salts, free base amino acids and galactose, making it ideal for maintaining physiological pH outside incubators.The formulation of this product does not contain L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine.
