Leibovitz's L-15 Medium with HEPES

Leibovitz's L-15 medium is suitable for the culture of monkey kidney cells and HEP-2, the isolation of primary cells (such as embryonic and adult tissues), the culture of various viruses and the culture of neurons. It contains various amino acids, vitamins and inorganic salts essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors.

Buffer	pH 7.2-7.4, containing 300 mg/L L-Glutamine, 5958 mg/L HEPES, 10 mg/L Phenol Red, 900 mg/L D-Galactose, 500 mg/L Sodium Pyruvate with Phosphate Balanced Salt. Does not contain D-Glucose or NaHCO3.
