Datasheet SDS
Mouse FCGR4 Protein (Biotin) is a recombinant protein from Mouse produced in HEK293 Cells. The amino acid sequence corronding to (Met 1-Gln 203) of mouse FCGR4 (NP_653142.2) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
