Protein AF-9 (MLLT3) Antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal against Protein AF-9 (MLLT3). Protein AF-9 (MLLT3) enables chromatin binding activity and lysine-acetylated histone binding activity. It is involved in several processes, including hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, positive regulation of transcription, as a DNA-template, and regulation of stem cell division. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and positive regulation of Wnt signaling pathway results in planar cell polarity pathway. It is localized in the cytosol and nucleoplasm, and forms part of the transcription elongation factor complex.
