Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control is a negative control for measuring non-specific binding of Mouse IgG1 antibodies. This product contains no preservatives. This antibody is generated from spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice, which were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line. This antibody is not suitable as a negative control in Human tissues.

This antibody recognizes the Human CD45RA antigen, and therefore Human leucocytes may be used as a positive control for this product. This antibody is not suitable as a negative control in Human tissues. |
