Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (APC) is a negative control conjugated to APC for measuring non-specific binding of Mouse IgG1 antibodies.

Purification Purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Reconstitution Reconstitute in 1.0 ml distilled water.
Storage Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Avoid exposure to light. If a precipitate is observed, it is recommended to microcentrifuge before use.
Shelf Life 12 months.
Buffer Prior to lyophilization: PBS, containing 0.09% sodium azide, 1% BSA and 5% sucrose.
Specificity This antibody recognizes a Rat cell surface marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in Rat samples. Likely to be suitable for use as a negative control with Rabbit, Dog, Pig, Cow, Sheep, Horse and Guinea Pig samples, but does not cross-react with Human.
