Mouse mmu-let-7k miRNA Antagomir is a chemically modified single-stranded miRNA designed to inhibit the activity of the endogenous miRNA mmu-let-7k.

This miRNA is based on the mature miRNA sequence and contains 2 phosphorothioates at the 5' end, 4 phosphorothioates and 1 cholesterol group at the 3' end, and a full-length nucleotide 2'-methoxy modification.

miRNA Antagomirs are significantly more stable than miRNA inhibitors, demonstrating enhanced cellular uptake, stability and regulatory activity and can be used for functional miRNA studies in vitro and in vivo.

Directions for use	Before resuspending, briefly centrifuge the tube to ensure the lyophilized miRNA is at the bottom of the tube. Resuspend the miRNA oligos to an appropriate concentration with DEPC water (e.g. resuspend one vial of 5 nmol miRNA oligo in 250 µl of DEPC water for a final concentration of 20 µM). Pipette the solution up and down or vortex to mix, and then briefly centrifuge to ensure the miRNA solution is at the bottom of the tube.
