Datasheet SDS
Selenoprotein P (SELENOP) Protein is a recombinant Mouse protein expressed in HEK293 cells.

Selenoprotein P (SELENOP) is an extracellular monomeric glycoprotein containing up to 10 selenocysteine residues per chain. It is ubiquitously expressed in mammalian tissues, and in Human plasma it accounts for at least 40% of the total selenium concentration. SELENOP binds to heparin and cell membranes and is suggested to have a role in extracellular antioxidant defence.
