NGS Cleanup Reagent contains a proprietary formulation of paramagnetic beads suitable for purification and size selection of DNA fragments in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). It removes salts, primers, primer-dimers and dNTPs, while DNA is selectively bound to the magnetic beads, which can be eluted with water or a low salt elution buffer.
