Datasheet SDS
Pantothenate Kinase Protein is a recombinant protein kinase. COAA is a member of the prokaryotic pantothenate kinase family and it is the first enzyme in the Coenzyme A biosynthetic pathway. COAA phosphorylates pantothenate (vitamin B5) to form 4'-phosphopantothenate. The key factor controlling the intracellular CoA concentration is the regulation of COAA activity by feedback inhibition.

Target Pantothenate Kinase (COAA)
