Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells, using Phospho-Paxillin-Y118 Antibody at 1/2000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by EGF (100ng/ml) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Exposure time: 30s.

PXN (pY118) Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against PXN (pY118). This gene encodes a cytoskeletal protein involved in actin-membrane attachment at sites of cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (focal adhesion). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene. These isoforms exhibit different expression pattern, and have different biochemical, as well as physiological properties (PMID:9054445).
