Quotation

Please follow these easy steps to receive your quote, and order by quote:

Generate a Quote

1. Select the Product and Size.

1. Enter the target name or catalogue number in the search bar and click on "Search" button on the right of the bar or press enter.
2. At the search result page, you can further narrow your search by using the different categories in the Filter Options bar to the left. You can filter by choosing different products attributes such as host species, tested applications, conjugations and clonality.
3. Click the name of the product to go to the product page.
4. In the product page, select the size and quantity you wish to order and click the "Get a Quote" button.


2. Click the "Get a Quote" button.

5. You will be redirected to our "Get a Quote" form. You can add multiple products to a quote by searching for a new product and repeating the previous steps. Please note: You can also generate a quote from the shopping basket by clicking "Generate a Quote".


3. Complete the Quote Form.

6. Fill in your personal details on our "Generate a Quote" form. Please provide at least a name and email address. You can fill out additional details if you wish. Please note: if you are logged in, some of this data will be pre-filled for you. 
7. You will then receive the quotation to the email address you entered. This quote will contain your Quote ID, and a Security Token (in the top tight-hand corner of your quote).


Order by Quote

1. Select the Quote.

1. You can use the details received in your Quote via email to place an order through the website. In order to do this, you will need to have an account. You can register with us easily by clicking "Register" in the top right-hand corner and filling out the relevant details.
2. Login to your account by clicking "Login" in the top-right hand corner of any page on the website. 
3. Click on "My account" in the top-right hand corner of any page on the website, and "Order by Quote" under "My orders". Here you will need to enter your Quote ID and Security Token.


2. Fill in Additional Details.

4. If any details were missing when you requested a quote, you will need to provide these. Otherwise, you will be redirected to our checkout page and see a final overview of your order. Please note: you can change your shipping address and billing address if needed.


3. Make the Payment.

5. When ready, click on the "Continue to Payment" button. You will then be redirected to a payment page, or "Confirm Order" button. You can pay using debit or credit card, purchase order, or bank transfer. 


If you are making a purchase using a purchase order, please select "Purchase Order" in the payment method section and include your purchase order number in the Comments box. Please email your purchase order to [email protected].

You will not be charged VAT or taxes if you are outside of the European Union (EU). You may wish to fax or email us a copy of your VAT number and/or exemption certificate or letter if you are in the EU and you are making a purchase through a VAT registered institution so we can remove the VAT charges.
