Rabbit and Mouse HRP/DAB Detection Kit is a detection system containing DAB chromogen and a polymer-based secondary antibody conjugated to HRP, for use with rabbit IgG and/or mouse IgG primary antibodies in IHC.

Recommended dilutions IHC: 0.2 ml/test. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Storage Store in the dark at 2-8°C.
Buffer Reagent A: Contains stabilizing proteins and preservative. The exact contents are proprietary.
Reagent B: Contains hydrogen peroxide and preservative.
Reagent C: Contains DAB Chromogen solution.

Note This product is for research use only.
Directions for use
  1. Prepare the Working Substrate Solution by adding 1 ml of Reagent B (Substrate buffer) and 20 µl of Reagent C (DAB Chromogen). Mix thoroughly. After preparation, use immediately or store between 2-8 °C for up to 5 days.
  2. Incubate the tissue section with the primary antibody and carry out wash procedures as required.
  3. Apply Reagent A (HRP-conjugated secondary antibody) to the section for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Apply the Working Substrate Solution to the section for 2-3 minutes.
