Product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1/100 when tested against purified SSB-2 EU/ml, Scl-2 EU/ml, Sm-2 EU/ml, Sm/RNP-4 EU/ml, and Jo-1-4 EU/ml antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses. |
