Tarextumab is a fully Human monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting NOTCH2/NOTCH3, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Tarextumab has been used in trials studying the treatment of Solid Tumors, Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer, and Stage IV Small Cell Lung Cancer.
