Trypsin is a serine hydrolase that is used for cell dissociation, cell culture passaging, and primary tissue dissociation. The trypsin concentration required for dissociation varies with cell type and experimental requirements. Dissolved in D-Hank's. The formulation of this product does not contain Phenol Red.
